Types of Information Collected
We or our agents may track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our web site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the site; and (4) types of web browsers used to access the site (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the site. The site may use such Traffic Data to determine what new services or products users may be interested in receiving.
Gehres Law Library or its agents may place “cookies” on your computer to recognize you on return visits to enable us to enhance your browsing experience, as well as to collect additional information about you. In order for you to communicate with the staff at Gehres Law Library, send and receive secure messages and make secure transactions, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes the following categories of information: (1) contact data (such as your name and e-mail address) including a password; (2) your credit card, echeck or other transaction identification information; and (3) the date of the transaction. If you communicate with us by e-mail or otherwise complete, send, or receive online forms or messages, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.
Gehres Law Library does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under thirteen years of age. Should we become aware that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has submitted personal information to us, we will promptly remove it from our systems.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the collection of Personal Information is limited to: (1) providing with you the convenience of transacting business with Gehres Law Library in a virtual environment; (2) communicating with you regarding your legal issue(s) and providing you with legal representation; and/or (3) communicating with you regarding changes in the law, the firm or its practice areas, or other topics which the staff has a reason to believe you should know or are interested in knowing.
You are free to choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the site; however you will not be able to make purchases, pay invoices, or otherwise transact business on-line with Gehres Law Library as those features require the sharing of Personal Information.

Electronic mail is provided for your convenience in communicating with the attorneys and staff at Gehres Law Library. Please remember that email is not secure, and messages sent to the firm or any of its attorneys or employees by email should not contain sensitive or confidential information. To send secure messages, use your Client Account or contact us about setting up a secure Client Account.
The site may contain links to third party web sites with which we have no affiliation. We do not share your Personal Information with those third parties, and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We suggest you read the privacy policies on all such third party web sites.
